30-Day Return Window

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email support@dynastyhomeco.store with your order number to start a return.

Exchanges

Need a different item? We will ship the replacement as soon as we receive your return. Exchange shipping is on us.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, email us with a photo within 48 hours. We will send a replacement at no cost.
